- Stabilizing Medicare Access to Rehabilitation and Therapy (SMART) Act of 2021 (H.R.5536)

Without action, Part B SNF treatments provided by or in part by a PTA or COTA will be reimbursed at a 15% reduced rate. We cannot afford another negative influencer on the provision of staff in our post-acute settings-especially as we are fighting so hard to address the needs of our frail population during and post COVID-19.
