No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties

Other situations where we may share information:

  • Business Transfers. In connection with merger, sale of assets, financing, or acquisition.
  • Google Maps Platform APIs. We may share information with certain Google Maps Platform APIs (e.g., Google Maps API, Places API). We may obtain and store on your device ("cache") your location. You may revoke consent anytime by contacting us.
  • Affiliates. We may share with affiliates who must honor this privacy notice.
  • Business Partners. We may share to offer certain products, services, or promotions.

5. Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

We may share your information with Google Analytics to track and analyze the use of the Services. The Google Analytics Advertising Features that we may use include: Google Display Network Impressions Reporting and Google Analytics Demographics and Interests Reporting. You can opt out of Google Analytics Advertising Features through Ads Settings and Ad Settings for mobile apps. We do not knowingly collect, solicit data from, or market to children under 18 years of age, nor do we knowingly sell such personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the Services.

If we learn that personal information from users less than 18 years of age has been collected, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable measures to promptly delete such data from our records. 10. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature. At this time, no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized.

As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals. If a standard is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you in a revised version of this privacy notice.

California law requires us to disclose how we respond to DNT signals. Because there is no industry standard, we do not respond to DNT signals at this time.
