Freda has over 20 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist and executive leader. Freda began in long term care as a treating SLP focused on dysphagia management and cognitive rehabilitation. In 2009 Freda became the Vice President of Operations at one of the largest contract rehab companies in Texas and from 2015 to 2018 she headed as President, growing the company to over 160 locations.
Freda has established a reputation for achieving stellar clinical and financial outcomes in a highly conscientious manner and has a finesse for building incredible teams of talent. Freda is highly skilled at navigating swiftly and effectively through the everchanging healthcare environment which is evident by her loyal client base and growth.
L.D. is a skilled financial expert with over 25 years of strategic planning experience in the healthcare industry. Prior to QRM, L.D. served in various financial management roles with both public and private long-term care companies.
L.D. specializes in operational finance, financial planning & analysis, budgeting, forecasting, mergers & acquisitions. L.D. has executive responsibility for QRM’s financial operations and provides insight for new business development and innovative strategies.
Susan Krall is a Physical Therapist with over 30 years of multi-state Post-Acute rehab management experience. Her client base includes privately owned and nationwide for-profit and not-for-profit skilled nursing facilities, CCRC campuses, home health and out-patient agencies.
Currently Susan’s primary focus is on partnering with clients to identify and implement strategies which drive enhanced outcomes and patient satisfaction in today’s value driven / person centered reimbursement and regulatory environment.
As a member of AHCA, Leading Age, ACHCA, NASL, NPA and AANAC, Susan is committed to continual learning and collaborative strategic initiatives in an effort to facilitate and support successful navigation through ever changing and demanding times.
Ashley Duggan is an experienced RAC-CTA occupational therapist by profession. She has extensively developed her expertise in all aspects of the medical review process including:
Johnny has extensive knowledge of therapy operations in a variety of settings with a focus in long-term care. Johnny began his career with an in-house organization where he became the Vice President of Operations and Finance in 2015. Johnny has since served as a Divisional Vice President for one of the largest contract companies before joining QRM. While Johnny is dedicated to operational excellence, Johnny remains committed to his employees, customers and residents. Johnny lives in San Diego, CA where he enjoys being on the water and traveling as time allows.
Andrea has been a physical therapist for over 20 years, primarily working in long-term care management for both in-house and contract organizations. She received her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from MGH Institute of Health Professions in 2002 and pursued a Resident Assessment Coordinator Certification (RAC-CT) in 2022 to better support operations in the ever-changing world of reimbursement and emphasis on outcome measures. Andrea lives in San Diego, CA where she enjoys time outdoors with her family and friends.
Dennis Ng has been a licensed clinician and operator for over 25 years and has worked in various clinical settings. He received his B.S. in Physical Therapy in 1997, M.S. in Exercise Science in 2005, Doctor of Physical Therapy in 2005, and MBA in 2018. Over the course of his career, he has received several certifications – Wound Care Certified (WCC), Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT), Resident Assessment Coordinator and Certified (RAC-CT). His passion is the Spanish language and he has received his diploma from the Spanish Ministry of Education, Culture and Sports.
