The Public Health Emergency (PHE) has been renewed for an additional 90 days. The new expiration date is set for Friday, July 15th, 2022.
While CMS has shared expiration dates for certain waivers tied to the PHE, the 3-day hospitalization waiver and telehealth options are still in place, among others.
