Therapy Outcomes in Post-Acute Care Settings (TOPS) is a study which examined 1.4 million Medicare claims and assessments revealing the impact of PT and OT services on functional change and rehospitalization rates in 2015-2016. It also highlights the clear differences in the patients served in Home Health, Inpatient Rehab, and Skilled Nursing.
