They supervise students during their clinical rotations, ensuring they gain hands-on experience and practical skills. In collaboration with our school partners, we establish a continuity of optimal learning allowing students direct, hands-on experience in skilled nursing and LTC settings. Our trusted clinics and supportive Clinical Instructors leverage the strength of QRM’s clinical teams to offer a streamlined, coordinated, quality clinical experience for students.

In addition, we also support our Academic Partners with undergraduate and graduate level shadowing and observations needs.

Who is QRM?

QRM is an in-house therapy management company that provides education, training, talent sourcing and much more to the client facilities we support. We serve as a link between schools and clinics, assisting students in finding the best clinical rotation site for them.

Simply engage in an affiliation agreement with us! Institutions nationwide can contact QRM directly to get started.

Program length is governed your university’s requirements. QRM will work with you to ensure that we’re providing your students with the experience they need to earn their degrees and/or certifications.

Yes! The majority of students who complete their clinical rotation with us engage with QRM’s recruitment team to find their first job. We have opportunities available nationwide.

Joining our Clinical Connection Network offers schools more than just clinical rotation placements. Our clinical staff enrich the academic experience by delivering guest lectures on current topics and best practices. Additionally, they actively contribute to shaping educational programs by serving on advisory boards at our partner schools.
